      I am the CEO of my territory and it allows me to do the things that I need to do in order to get around obstacles. Sales is a very particular beast sometimes, so the flexibility is greatly appreciated.

      Cons

      There are not enough people willing to work in NJ for our company and we need more inside support staff.
