Pros

There is a culture of treating the employees as people. Management tries to put you in a position to succeed. Everyone is given opportunities for further training as well

Cons

There are some growing pains right now. HR is somewhat incompetent and seems to always be offering nice perks that no one wants.

nice business model

Pros

Terrific products, nice business model, for employees, reps, contractors, and customers. Flat organization. Engineering is innovative and gets a lot of respect. Employees care. Management doesn't expect people to work late. Nice place to work.

Cons

Not very uplifting to sell unnecessary baubles to wealthy people and organizations. High level managers routinely lie to President (Randy) who keeps the founder in the dark. Nepotism - although family members don't have much influence.
