      Great Technology, people, architects and management #1 in sales for the domain they are in Stable secure company (some have worked there for 30+ years) tooling is decent, work life balance is good (flex schedule, some get to telework part time) fairly low stress compared to city jobs overall Benefits are OK (pay, vacation, healthcare, etc)

      Cons

      Healthcare is very expensive Distance from affordable housing is too far (Rockleigh office) Codebase includes quite a bit of legacy code meaning some requires older tools and all of that code is fragile
