      Pros

      Great people to work with. The company was very stable. Job security, benefits, nice environment. Huge company and the compensation and raises were good.

      Cons

      Would have liked more formal opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      Crestron owns the market and therefore offers job security. If you stick with it, pay attention and learn the ropes of how the company operates you absolutely can grow. There is opportunity for advancement from the front line operation all the way to top management. The one thing I love about working here is the opportunity to learn and that if there is an opportunity for growth your current manager will not hold you back.

      Cons

      The cons are your standard cons. When you work at a place the grass may sometimes seem greener on the other side. Its not until you get ot the other side you then realize. Not too many Corporate parties, the vending machines are lackluster when it comes to offering healthy snacks.

      Pros

      Very rewarding work, because the products are just plain COOL. Every Crestron employee would gladly be a Crestron customer.. ...Amazing electronics.. I found the work/life balance to be great. They definitely put on pressure when necessary, but they do not kill you with work. Every year, there are tradeshows which require alot of extra work, sometimes a weekend here an there, but its worth it. To see your stuff on display, makes you proud.

      Cons

      Nerdy, techy.. not the most exciting bunch, and sometimes a little snobbish, condescending.. But not too bad, I've seen much worse.
