      The products are phenomenal and the technology is cool

      Cons

      Is an abusive environment. The fear and stress that every one is submitted to is like no company I have ever seen. Woman are given no opportunity for growth and the company promotes a chauvinistic disrespectful workplace

      Pros

      Highly competitive company filled with smart people who work their tails off. Never felt I was in it alone - everyone wants to help

      Cons

      Significant pressure to hit numbers, sometimes feel that the development team is spending time building products mainly for the commercial market while I work in the residential space.

      Pros

      Great Team Environment, line of communication are always open, manager has an open door policy. Opportunity to learn new skills. I had a great experience there. Even though this is a 40+ year old firm , the company is very stable and I saw no lay offs during my time there. They are growing.

      Short staffed and always looking for additional help
