Pros

Some really nice people. Few really smart people that are keeping the company afloat. Somewhat flexible schedule.

Cons

There are way too many people who are full of ego, Mr/Ms know it all narcissists. Some engineers need to have their titles changed to technicians. Their lack of basic engineering knowledge and skills really make me wonder if they have an engineering degree or background.
