      Given complete freedom to run your business. It is a company built on accountability and individual responsibility. For those that make it, you will have a ton of success. The engineering team is exceptional and the products are truly unique.

      Cons

      The top level executives are all so different and due to the company culture of autonomy, some of them are tough to work for.
