      Pros

      Great product. Formerly great reputation in industry. Decent pay at least for sales.

      Cons

      Lots of ego. Horribly mismanaged from the top down. No accountability for any department other than sales. Unrealistic goals and no plan to achieve. Lack of internal communication between departments. During supply crunch, knowingly false info provided to internal teams to sugar coat the real issues and kick the can. Lots of infighting and finger pointing. It’s not worth the stress.
