      Remote work available for most departments.

      Cons

      Top level management seems confused and often changes directions suddenly. Internal communications outside of the Town Hall meetings are nonexistent or when information is disseminated it is often wrong. Planning, other than events, is haphazard. Poised for a takeover so some areas are stagnant.
