A cutting edge home electronics environment, if you want to learn about that industry. Nice office space & cubicles.

Cons

Low pay. Some of the lowest pay for a mobile software engineer in the industry. Heavy outsourcing of developers to Eastern European consultanting. Forcing local US-based developers to answer to outsourced European contractors, instead of the other way around. A lot of red tape to get things done in a industry-standard approach, preventing mobile developers from using best practices.

Coworkers are dedicated to helping each other and the people are really great. Managers will happily step in to help. Really cool products. Interesting problems to solve on a regular basis.

Cons

Minimal work-life balance. High workloads. Extremely difficult customers on a regular basis. Large company means improving process takes a long time.
