      Decent company to work for, pay is below industry standards for respective positions elsewhere, little recognition.

      Pros

      New technology, flexible schedules if have to leave early to go to an appointment. Nice campus with plenty of parking, decent work spaces.

      Cons

      Not much recognition, unless your idea of a pat on the back is "Nice work, you get to keep your job!" Lots of politics and ass kissing. Lots of posers.

      Great Co-Workers. They make what is a very hard company to work for not so bad.

      Poor Management, Most of the Management has no prior job experience, they play favorites and the moral is low.

      Honestly, there isn't anything good to say about Crestron

      Cons

      The whole company is segregated. The stockroom supervisor's of Orangeburg,NY are non-professionals. There is favoritism among certain ethnic group and supervisor's. They are not professionals and they think that they can speak to you any kind of way.
