      The products are phenomenal and the technology is cool

      Cons

      Is an abusive environment. The fear and stress that every one is submitted to is like no company I have ever seen. Woman are given no opportunity for growth and the company promotes a chauvinistic disrespectful workplace

      It used to be a good place to work

      Cons

      Not the same organization since the owner passed. Now just a sweat shop that impacts the employees life style Top management encourages team cooperation but in actuality departments only protect themselves causing constant friction when groups need to work together

      Pros

      Growing global company. Ever changing and interesting work and projects. Good core team. Excellent yearly employee appreciation carnival.

      Cons

      New management has unrealistic expectations. Used to be a team effort, now Politics is the name of the game. Upper Management governs with the style lending itself to fear and retribution. You are made to feel afraid to speak up, make a mistake, or even ask a question for fear of being yelled at, berated or humiliated in a public setting. I've seen too many people brought to tears. Too many Chiefs. Not enough Indians. Poor work / life balance.
