Flexible hours, work with some interesting people, learn new things, tuition reimbursement for school, helps get real life experience on what you don't want from a job.

Cons

Management barely makes $3 an hour more than hourly associates, managers are expected to work 60,70 hour weeks if the location isn't staffed, false promises are given to placate managers and squeeze every drop they can before they quit, unfair labor practices are common, corporate refuses to do anything with ineffective lead managers that have no idea what they're doing, no work life balance, favoritism runs amok, it's like being in high school all over again.

Salary, good benefits and fun place to work. College reimbursement was awesome and very helpful yo me.

Cons

Outdoors in cold, which isn't fun. On your feet all day and that can be very tiring. Customers can be rude, as any would be.

Flexible hours, great staring pay, management is good, coworkers are great to work with, free washes with paycheck

Cons

Shifts can be pretty long, some management is not as good as others, some customers pretty picky and annoying
