Pros

Management does not micro-manage once they have confidence in your performance/ abilities.

Cons

Gov contract work. Unfortunately, if Gov doesn't fund a portion of the contract from year to year the positions will be cut.

The pay was good, and there were several wonderful people I got to know.

Cons

This was a high stress job with insufficient training and constantly changing expectations from within the company and outside the company.
