      There is nothing good at this company.

      Cons

      Even if you struggle to find a job, you shouldn't join this job. It will be a nightmare to join this organization. When you call out sick, even then, they will pressure you to come to the office. And in case you resign, they will hold your salary and give you different reasons not to give it to you. Worst nightmare
