Pros
Very limited, as much as so that the only pros you have is that, you get your salary and never expect anything they don't even spend enough for any occasion and what you expect from the former scam artists of Skill lync founder.
Cons
I wish I could tell you, but I dont have numbers to count for the cons, It is a humble request if you came here and saw my post and are planning to join this company, Please don't it is not worth the money and only join if you are very much desperate but be aware you will have to spend time which will tear you from inside and the worst part they have not paid PF to the the former employees till day. worst company to work for.!!!
