Pros

Get to drive a new truck, the management was cool. Heavily expanding into other areas, so plenty of room for advancement a good salary.

Cons

Overpriced services where the nearest competitor is half the price. Having to deal with customer complaints because of the price of service. loads of driving all over, often ending up at the end of day 2 hours commute in traffic from my house. The benefits are ok, medical insurance was very pricey for my family of 4. In all fairness to the company, they claimed that they were a Premium brand. Which in fact they were making attempts into improving their image and made honest attempts to improve their customer service. Honestly, it was hard for me to get behind the company.

Could be better, they need a owner change.

Pros

Good everyday people, kind and helpful except for the owner and Co -owner.

Cons

Worked here for over four plus years, at first everything seemed good but the Owner and Co owner started to deviate from what the original owner had built for over 30 years. The Co owner is a young kid with a chip on his shoulder that thinks the world revolves around him. He has changed the company to a favoritism, not performance based compensation. Does not know how to discipline an employee when something is done wrong, actually praises more than reprimand and this sends the wrong signal and the employee that did something wrong thinks that it ti is acceptable due to the demeanor of the co owner. The favorite employees get extra pay above their regular pay for actually doing their job, while others that go above and beyond everyday do not get recognition. The accounting department is a total fiasco and customer service has a lot to correct, mistakes are made everyday that affect the work flow, but nothing is done. Some of us are told to falsify the work orders to make a bigger sale, placement of dead rats in an attic that does not have rats is very common. There are some supervisors that go above and beyond for their employees. I wish I worked for them things would be so much easier. Several of us and I will be resigning at the end of the year if things do not improve with the sale to corporate. STAY AWAY!

Pros

They provide you with all the things you need to make money. You are responsible for your own success or failure. Good benefits. Truck and phone and supplies. They will get anything you need for safety. I have made more money than I expected to in 8 months so far.

Cons

You are responsible for managing the customers and their expectations. If you have a route and a customer calls you in the evening it is up to you to handle them whether you want to go out then and there or plan for the next morning. It can be hard to get away from your phone. In the end, it is worth it if you work hard care about the customers and put up personal boundaries all in good balance.
