Great environment and people to work with

Pros

Every day is different and the people to work with are great. Lots of training provided. Customer service is always enforced and it shows from customers response.

Cons

Some days can be long, and can be very hot, but this is Florida. Some jobs aren't that fun like climbing in a attic to get baby raccoons out.

The owners are easy to get along with and easily accept suggestions for different ideas on trapping, exclusion work, etc.

Cons

It is somewhat seasonal work -- we are either extremely busy, or very slow.

Interesting occupation - working with wildlife

Pros

Fun & interesting working with Nuisance Wildlife ( Bats, Raccoon, Squirrel, snakes, etc). Not a boring job. You never know what might come up during the day.

Cons

A lot of emphasis on selling repairs and preventative maintenance. It usually is easy sells but a lot of our income is from repair commissions. The work is filthy and hot at times. Work in tight areas ( attics, crawlspaces)
