Pros

Interesting work at least Got to work with animals

Cons

Pretty much a revolving door. Super long hours basically from sunup to sunset 6 days a week. Really low hourly wage Commission via upselling customer in things they dont need is very much pushed Work out of a residential house that they tried to make into an office They have you do things like clean the gutters on the house and other things when you are done for the day No training at all Very micromanaged bad work environment because of previously mentioned. And so much more

Pros

I enjoy a change of scenery and different challenges every day. In some cases, we really provide an important service to customers.

Cons

It reminds me of the Auto Repair Shop, that forces its Technicians to SELL MORE Repairs that what are really needed. Convince the customer they need to buy way way more than they really need. Always upsell upsell upsell. Sell that attic restoration for several thousand, when it is not really needed. Seems like 50% of sales are upsells that weren't really needed. They watch and track you every second of every day.

Pros

There are seriously no advantages.

Cons

It will suck the life out of you. There is no room for advancement and they WILL cheat you on pay. Not only do they have a commission & 'draw' system, where they will take money out of your next paycheck if you do not make an often unreasonable minimum sales amount each week (yeah, seems illegal right), your paychecks will also seem to be short sometimes.... (AKA they are definitely skimming some off the top) Further, their is no work-life balance and they will expect you to work unreasonable hours just to make sure that your pay is not in the red zone. Further, they will micro-manage every aspect of your time there, including monitoring your phone, car and pretty much everything else. I could go on and on but there are plenty of other reviews where you can figure out the rest. Rollins (their parent company) and its other subsidiaries (TruTech etc.) are just as bad. I implore you to go read those reviews as well. One of the TruTech reviews is very in-depth and has 25 upvotes, and I encourage you to read it. The writer was spot on with just hoe messed up these companies truly are. They will take your soul, cause depression, devalue you etc. Oh, and did I mention hardly any of the skills are transferrable. You are not a 'wildlife biologist', your'e a kill first, ask questions later pest control technician. Seriously, go read that review. P.S. an extra special warning not to work for the Colorado front range region. They are always hiring and here is a reason for that.
