Pros
You get your hands dirty with wildlife work and get to do different jobs day in and day out so the work is never boring. You also have an opportunity to make really good money with the work you perform. The more you work, the more you get paid. Its commission pay after the base salary and depending on the area your in, there are few slow times. There's also great promotional potential! Not even a year and a half (but I worked my butt off) I have been promoted to a district manager! You have an opportunity to show off your skill set and to prove your potential! Also most of the managers I've talked with, worked with, or have done anything with are all understanding and most will help you with whatever they can if you show you've given effort toward something. I find it a benefit to talk and work directly for/with the customers. You never know what impact you can make with your faith, kindness, or for the company.
Cons
These cons are really just depending on your personality and what you like to do. Time wise, you can spend almost endless time on jobs and work if you are always trying to meet other peoples schedules. Also there is a lot of sales work in this job, so you need to be prepared to know the different functioning aspects of sales beginning to end.
