My office offers great continued learning programs while employed. Professional and friendly working environment makes this large franchise seem like a family company.

Cons

Very fast passed and high stress level at times. It is required of my position- office administration- to be able to fluidly switch tasks with little notice. My job requires additional hours outside of the office.

It was a good company to work for but the prices were a bit steep in my opinion.

Pros

It is a small staff and everyone is nice to work with. You get a work truck and a gas card, so all of that stuff is paid for by the company as are the baits needed if you give them your receipts for purchases.

Cons

Sometimes the phone calls to set up new clients or to give you info about other jobs are a bit monotonous. However, they were working on bettering the system when I was leaving there.
