      Pros

      Independent work most of the time.

      Cons

      They just implemented Salesforce, which has been an absolute disaster. Everyone is being micromanaged and overworked. The culture is toxic- hoping they fire most of upper management due to their poor decision making. This company is top heavy- they have upper management that are highly compensated that don't do anything. Buyer beware
