Pros

Great opportunity! Great coworkers and housing offered. Overall a wonderful and interesting 2 year experience in the rotational program

Cons

The rotations were based on company needs and not personal development. Must attend the three US sites (central PA location is hard to adapt to). Having to clock in and out is a little old-fashioned. Dress code policy needed updated.
