Pros

Benefits are good and pay is alright. People that have made it to the top are ok leaders.

Cons

There was so much expected out of the sales team. Numbers they knew we couldn't reach, and visits that were not able to be made. Most people get burned out, making for turnover at the bottom.

Pretty one-sided with regards to whether you are in or out. This causes loads of issues down the years. The company is losing staff with 4 - 10 years experience while new staff are not staying.

Below average pay, difficult work environment for employees in anything other than management, lack of follow through for employee growth. Very high turnover Below average HR department Different structures for different office/manufacturing locations, i.e. pay, employee benefits such as holiday parties, required working hours. Below average health benefits
