Pros

Full of challenge and professional fulfilment. Backed to take risks. The people are the biggest asset however, I love the people I work with and they’re what make me love my Job

Cons

Croda are average basic salary payers, so if that’s what’s important to you, it’s probably not the place for you. However the overall package is strong, particularly the pension.

Good benefits and PTO. If you have a good manager, you are cared for but most managers are overworked and stretched thin.

Cons

They pay you off 35/hr work weeks and that is how your salary is based, however you are expected to work at least 40 or you are looked at negatively
