Good benefits and PTO. If you have a good manager, you are cared for but most managers are overworked and stretched thin.

Cons

They pay you off 35/hr work weeks and that is how your salary is based, however you are expected to work at least 40 or you are looked at negatively

Excellent PTO and co-workers. The office atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. A very good group of people!

Cons

We were all told we will need to move to NJ with very little pay increase if we wanted to continue to stay with the company. They did give us an advanced notice which was nice.
