There is a good day to day work environment. Some of the benefits, particularly with regard to retirement, are actually quite good.

Cons

The corporate structure can be confusing and changes frequently. There is limited opportunity for advancement.

Great opportunity! Great coworkers and housing offered. Overall a wonderful and interesting 2 year experience in the rotational program

Cons

The rotations were based on company needs and not personal development. Must attend the three US sites (central PA location is hard to adapt to). Having to clock in and out is a little old-fashioned. Dress code policy needed updated.
