Pros

Some of the people are great to work with friendly and fun. Great PTO 2 month paid paternity/maternity leave. Safe and safety conscience place. Paid time to do volunteer work. Compensation is good for the area when you start.

Cons

Some managers stuck in the past, don't believe in work life balance. Have over-heard some managers complaining about company pushing for diversity. Work load can be overwhelming as staffing in some groups is kept low. Longer you work here the more that inflation eats away at your pay.
