Pros
Cant think of many reasons. Fairly updated equipment maybe?
Cons
Once done with your work, they always have you do other drivers work. They don't give a crap about you. Even if you spend 10 years with them and build a huge customer base. They take terrible residential deliveries that are very hard on the drivers and they don't even appreciate you. All the management and everybody in HR seems like they don't have a soul. Never did meet the owners.
