Pros

co-workers, ability to move between departments

Cons

insulting pay, scheduling, management, overall atmosphere of work place, high job expectations, dangerous situations, unreliable HR, not allowed to use PTO, long hours, take work home, preferential treatment of select employees, absolutely no support from management, CEO has business mindset- not treatment, not honoring contracts with local schools (seems 100% illegal).
