Our salary needs improvement to continue to be competive.

Communication within this organization is lacking. You won't get answers to questions and other times are told things are "need to know" over silly things. When co- workers were fired it was never addressed and employee concerns brushed under the rug. In my position we're expected to travel and see clients in the community but our productivity is the same as office based. Not enough PTO. They like to talk about self care and trauma informed care but don't listen to employee concerns or give them the opportunity for self care. Numerous concerns have been raised about a supervisor and upper management has done nothing. You need to sacrifice your work life balance to be able to meet expectations.
