Poor management Meetings without purpose

Overworked if you work, most employees come to work and do nothing, employees sleep, they grab trash and don't clean. Management is terrible. You bring issues up and they sweep them under the rug. Leads lie and steal, your training is a joke. The job is more mentally draining than anything else. Half of the employees can't read and didn't graduate highschool, the other half age crippled and that means you get twice the work.
