Pros

The CEO owns a Formula 1 car, and many people think that's cool. I don't, but enough do, and every company, All Hands, has a 15-minute segment on this stupid Formula 1 car. There is a cultlike obsession with this car; it even has its own Slack channel.

Cons

Unethical hiring and management. They will work you to the bone until your mental state breaks. Then they will punish you for it. Be prepared to work 50-60 hours/week minimum and still get no accolades or face time with your boss. You can forget about ever being noticed by top leadership entirely. You're held to unattainable standards at all times; it left me in a deep depression requiring full-time therapy. I have workplace PTSD, which I didn't know was a thing until I worked for CrowdStrike long enough. I've been in cybersecurity for 20 years and have tons of connections. I've told everyone I can to avoid this place like the plague.
