* Great co-workers and knowledgeable principal engineers * Good documentation and new employee trainings

Cons

* unreliable management who are tone deaf and dismissive of others feelings * not exactly a remote - first company * managers lack training specific to their roles * below market standard benefits and compensation

Thank you for this review. We're glad you're enjoying the team and the employee trainings. We also recognize your comments on remote work and management. We are and remain a remote-first company; we pioneered this prior to the pandemic. For all employees, remote work constitutes 60-100% of their working experience at CrowdStrike, but for anyone who has had the ability to gather with colleagues in person, the benefits are clear. Regarding management, we're disheartened to hear you didn't have a great experience with us. That being said, we're doing our best to ensure all managers have the training they need to help us continue to build and maintain a healthy work environment. Pros

They will pay you very well to fall in this honey trap

Cons

Most harassing, toxic and insane team. NEVER ever join the commission team at Crowdstrike. Old school menacing, threatening controlling culture. Leadership is aware of the horrible, negative, neurotic environment that has led to many analysts and commission managers leave the team. SAVE yourself and do not apply for any position on this team. The best of best are hired and treated badly. No training, no support . No one stays for more than 6 months. Talk to previous analyst and get a picture of the horror stories. Everyone has a similar story there is a pattern on how you will be destroyed. Leadership is aware but takes no action. This team is a disaster. DO NOT JOIN the commission team at crowdstrike at any cost.

Great Product Leader in the market Big name, big promises that can be music to customers ears Easy to sell Great training, sales regimen Smart peers, driven, best sales tactics and techniques are learned here

Cons

-VERY below average pay -VERY fast paced -Micro-managed to the bone, be ready for morning calls and end of day calls DAILY. -Activity and KPI are tracked and reports are ran daily -Pipeline is ALWAYS a concern, even after you close a ton of deals -Fast burn out for employees -Management breathes down your neck on every deal -Your success is dependent on what territory you have and how much partner activity are in those territories -Management will pretend they listen but will not push for change, we will have the same complaint still unresolved after over a year -Admin work required from every AE monthly, fishing for new prospects that dont exist as prior reps have sprayed and prayed their territory. -Internal promotion = lower pay
