Pros

Talented colleagues doing their best under increasingly dysfunctional leadership Solid product-market fit, though execution is suffering Brand recognition still opens doors—for now

Cons

Toxic leadership culture rooted in insecurity, control, and self-preservation Zero respect for high performers unless they’re politically convenient Feedback is ignored unless it flatters up; dissent, even when accurate, is punished Career growth? Only if you’re in the inner circle. Otherwise, expect to be sidelined, ghosted, or managed out Constant reorgs and reactive decision-making from execs who mistake attrition for accountability Top-down micromanagement kills initiative—trust is lip service at best

Pros

Great technology, innovative, and smart colleagues. CEO has good direction. Anytime they make an acquisition they do it right by making sure the integration is fully functional prior to any roll outs. It builds great trust with customers when you’re selling tech that actually works. It was my favorite thing about that place.

Cons

No work life balance, be prepared to travel at least 50% of the time(hard if you have a family), micro management across Channel and Alliances/Sales, it seems leadership does not care about employee well being, it can be hard to take time off and EVERYTHING is a fire drill. This isn’t a typical channel role for those with experience. I’d highly advise to reconsider if you have an offer prior to leaving your current employer. The culture is toxic and can be damaging to one’s health.
