Pros

Collaborative environment Interesting and challenging projects Competitive pay Company equity Opportunities for advancement

Cons

They are looking for a new CMO, which will hopefully ensure that the Marketing department continues to evolve its processes. The only negative comment I have is that with the rapid workforce expansion CrowdStrike has experienced, some processes have not kept up. I believe that is changing and will continue to improve with a new CMO.

Pros

Most innovative tech company I have ever worked for. If you work hard/smart, you will be handsomely rewarded here. Great place to grow your career for the long haul.

Cons

Average pay but commission accelerators are what make up the difference and where the true earnings are.
