      Pros

      - I found here very skillful people willing to share the knowledge. - The level of technicality you need for daily basis activities confirms this is not a place where you receive some details at the interview and do something else after. - Flexibility is another strong point here (work from home, early or late shift at the office according to your needs) as long as you deliver quality. - Proud to be part of a young company where the quality is the most important thing (and not the quantity).

      Cons

      - no meal tickets; - no snacks at the office (this will change in a few months); - no gym subscriptions (this will change in a few months);

      Pros

      CrowdStrike has the culture and environment to accommodate flexible schedules with a great home/work balance. The benefits are fantastic, some positions have the opportunity to work remotely, our leadership team is engaging and transparent, all in addition to having industry leading products and services!

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      The technology is great and customers love it. This means business in Europe is growing quickly resulting in lots of opportunities to progress. Hard work is encouraged and rewarded, but the office environment is very friendly and the team get along well together! There is a culture of high activity and an expectation that you'll get on with your job.

      Cons

      Brand awareness in EMEA is quite behind the US. Like any other high growth startup there are challenges, but processes are constantly improved.
