Pros

Name recognition is positive.

Cons

Mgmt structure is very political. Salespeople have high quotas and small territories or named account lists. Sales management has no patience and is always making changes. Technology space is very crowed and low bar of entry.

Pros

The Engineering team is nothing short of amazing. From the sensor team, to the cloud team, to ontology and data science - the best in breed have come here to work. You get to solve tough engineering problems and deal with data at massive scale. The individual talent is among the top in the industry, but the collective brain power and vision is second to none. I am honored to be a part of this team.

Cons

No matching 401k. Office space is a little too open for my taste but that is being worked on.

Pros

This is the best company I have ever worked for. The product is awesome, the executives are down to earth and brilliant, the culture is great, everyone helps get deals done (legal, order entry, execs, etc). I catch myself saying things like “We are making the world a better place”, “We are disrupting the market”, and “Customer centric”. I know they are phrases that should never be used, but we are actually stopping breaches, changing the way people think about protecting their endpoints, and listening to our customers’ input on the product. If you want to be challenged by those around you to be your best, honestly enjoy coming to work every day, and be part of an awesome pre-IPO cybersecurity company, Crowdstrike is a perfect fit.

Cons

The physical space is very limited. It is being addressed, but not as quickly as would be ideal. We either need more bookable conference rooms or more separation at each desk to take customer calls. However, if this is my biggest complaint, it means I’m happy.
