Pros

CrowdStrike is an organization that has some of the most talented people in the world. The overall technology is superb and is fun to sell. Sales training programs are solid! Unlimited vaca if you hit your quota...

Cons

Low entry salaries for sales positions whether you decide to go the Business Development or Corp. Acct. Exec route. You will make a lot of cold calls and send a lot of emails as a rep here, but that comes with being in sales! No 401k match

Pros

The leadership here is not afraid to think big and lean forward. Combine that with high caliber people who all intend to bring positive change to the world, and you get a culture that other companies dream about, but find difficult to execute. CrowdStrike is the real deal. I am personally extremely thankful to have an opportunity here, and I love coming to work everyday to push forward with this team. Everyone has the sense that growth and opportunity are tangible both as a company and, as a result, individually. I'm proud to work with all of them, every one. The leaders really care about employees, and the culture promotes honesty about faults in process or areas of friction. As a result, faults typically get a lot of focus and are prioritized accordingly. The technology is game-changing in a large market and is finding an amazing reception. Truly disruptive. I am continually amazed at the speed of innovation and breadth of releases. Not sure it gets better for a salesperson who's building a career. Sunnyvale bonuses: Sales training/enablement is continuous A wide variety of unlimited free snacks and drinks Access to a gym/locker rooms Sales floor is energetic and collaborative Oh, and the sales (and IT/engineering) softball team, the Pflugerville Falcons, wreck shop.

Cons

There are continual plans to expand facilities, but we tend to run into space issues as the growth we're experiencing is real. Not a ton of conference rooms to duck into when folks are in from out of town.

Pros

Great work/life balance, very good benefits, competitive salary, well-funded start-up (3yrs old), several office locations and the ability to work remotely as needed.

Cons

The company is still maturing so it can sometimes be difficult to know who to go to for what or where to find things, documents, etc. They need a company intranet site.
