Pros

Great direct co workers - free lunches - insurance & stock options are good

Cons

- You are just a # and don’t you forget it - Micro Managers - Senior management treats employees like children, tracking all movement (in & out of office, lunch breaks, coffee breaks) - Unfortunately quota is only attainable with a good territory & AE/RSM. You can work harder than everyone there and still not see results - Zero guidance for promotion if you are not looking into pursing a sales role - Useless meetings just for management to fill their day / they have something to do (TRULY) - Don’t even get me started on the slack slang/culture they have created. So toxic and quite frankly ANNOYING. stop with the emojis PLS YOU ARE 47 !!! - Be prepared to deal with passive aggressiveness from management because they never healed from their last toxic job :/
