Pros

Great benefits fantastic culture solid pay direct management is willing to assist (most of the time) CrowdStrike is a big name everyone in the industry is familiar with.

Cons

-Senior leadership not as approachable -work/life balance is pretty tough -High quotas -Beginning of fiscal year is always unorganized for the first 1.5 months -changes will consistently happen (product, policy, etc) and it often takes way too long for the information to be known in the sales org. Pretty big communication problems -Support/TAM org is incredibly difficult to work with.
