Pros

Without rose colored glasses there are not many pros left - unlimited PTO (if you can use it) - Real-time bonuses (6 months into the program, these bonuses are imaginary) - plenty of open office space (COVID and staff reduction)

Cons

It is a shame that Crowe is no longer a great place to work. It was sad to leave Crowe as it felt like an empty shell of its former self. So much potential wasted.

Cons

You basically have 6 bosses. Every senior is your boss and can reach out to you directly to do things for them. They do not care if you have other projects, each senior thinks the work that they gave you is the most important

-Amazing work life balance . -Amazing learning curve (maybe for my project). -Amazing helpful and caring people. -Can't tell about the increments but heard they are good. -Half yearly performance check. -Most preferred if you are in the upper management. -Better work life balance than Big 4 and work is on par. -Very good healthcare for Indians.
