Often felt disorganized from a scheduling/staffing perspective, A lot of preach about work-life balance but rarely any actions to ensure balance, Pay was lower than competitors.

Pros

1. Flexibility in work location. I started working 2-3 days a week at home in my second month here. The only reason I come into the office is to get to know my colleagues. 2. The people in this firm care about getting you in front of the right people to advance your career. 3. As a staff employee you start off with 4 weeks of PTO. 4. Dress code - If you are meeting with a client - the dress code is generally business casual or professional depending on the client. However, if you're in the office and not meeting with a client - jeans are more than acceptable. No t-shirts, tennis shoes, or holes in jeans - but otherwise you can wear what you want.

Cons

Unlike the big 4 you don't get a big celebration trip when you sign your offer letter. The swag is also a let down - it starts off as a good idea - a water bottle, a bag...etc. but they don't pick the nicest option, more like the option that saved them a few bucks. Some friends in other firms as new hires received thank you swag like a google home and other gadgets - not work related, not firm related. However, I will say that at the end of the day, a trip and good swag as a new hire is not worth giving up the other benefits - like the people that really focus on helping you advance your career and the policies for where to work and what to wear.
