Mobility of work setting (i.e. remote, office) as well as flexibility within it. PTO is fairly generous, as well as benefits.

Cons

Travel can become a bit tiresome, but it’s expected of the job. Sometimes issues arise with guidance on projects. You may feel completely lost and looking and asking for guidance, so a lot of it boils down to tinkering with objectives for a bit and then reaching out if you keep spinning your wheels.

Pay is outstanding especially compared to similar positions at other companys It truly is a big family Everyone from the CEO to the Partners to all other employees are respectful, engaging, and caring They do everything they can within reason/their power to accommodate your needs whether it be within work or your outside life. They encourage you to make family a priority They recognize everyone's hard work Benefits are great There is plenty of opportunity to move around the company and to climb the ladder... in fact they encourage it.
