      Overall, I would say Crowe is on the cusp of greatness - but will only achieve that if it’s well intentioned senior leadership comes together as a team to create a unified vision of the future and a strategy to get there that can only be achieved if the client facing groups start working as an integrated team to support client and firm growth. There’s a great group of upper middle managers who are hungry to tie their group’s strategies and objectives to achieve a vision. Right now, that vision is missing. Direct leadership inconsistent with values driven environment

      They truly value their employees and everyone is very respectful. No big egos among directors or partners, all ideas and opinions are valued.

      Cons

      There is an expectation to work hard and sometimes there is a "grind" mentality at the office.
