      Pros

      The benefits at Crowe are unmatched, truly the best part of working there. Most of the people at Crowe are equally as wonderful and will treat you like family.

      Cons

      Executive level management makes sweeping decisions to the detriment of the organization. They do not evaluate performance or skillsets when doing layoffs, and end up letting strong resources go while keeping mediocre ones.

      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements, lots of growth opportunities, management is friendly and reasonable.

      Cons

      Longgggg hours, projects always backed up due to partners continuing to sell without having the adequate resources to man them resulting in the drowning sensation. No real work life balance due to the amount of work. Essentially year round busy seasons as they will throw you into industries that need help at the time.
