      Pros

      The people are fabulous -- During the onboarding time, you are exposed to people who can help you in your position no matter where in the country they live. People are willing to stop what they are doing to help you and answer your questions. The company is very tech savvy -- equipment and software is always up-to-date. Great benefits. I wish I had started here 20 years ago!

      Cons

      None with Crowe -- my only complaint is the commute, especially in the afternoon, is long, but that's a Miami issue.

      Pros

      Mobility of work setting (i.e. remote, office) as well as flexibility within it. PTO is fairly generous, as well as benefits.

      Cons

      Travel can become a bit tiresome, but it’s expected of the job. Sometimes issues arise with guidance on projects. You may feel completely lost and looking and asking for guidance, so a lot of it boils down to tinkering with objectives for a bit and then reaching out if you keep spinning your wheels.
