Crowe LLP reviews

I have been with Crowe for 90 days now and the time has gone by very quickly. While I am new to Crowe, I am not new to the work we conduct and the local office has made my transition with such a large firm and the different elements and processes very easy. Onboarding from a distance was a little daunting, but my local office co-workers were very helpful in guiding me to find the most important documents and people to communicate with. Also the flexibility Crowe offers to me as a parent and wife goes above and beyond anything I could ask for, and their attention and flexibility to take care of myself makes this company stand out from the rest. My mental health and happiness makes my work product and client interactions that much better and Crowe recognizes that essential element of employment which I can say after 18 years in audit is a first for me!
