Salary on time, not much beyond that

Cons

My salary was deducted 20% due to designation change. I tried to negotiate to the management but my voice was ignored. The DMCC branch is the worse, the partner treat their employees as we are disposable slaves. If you think, you want to work for this company as a stepping stone, better think twice, UAE labour's market is very discriminating and nepotism. If you do not speak hindi or filipino. It's very hard for you to land a new job, since most companies is controlled by those two types of ppl.

Pros

Healthcare benefits are great. They have a good hybrid workplace policy. Coworkers are great people.

Cons

Working here is fine. Consulting has enforce a minimum work week of 45 hours and often push more. I don’t think the pay is adequate for the time they’re asking. Lack of transparency from leadership.

Secretive, 2023 was a year of secret and not so secret lay offs, employees were forced to quit, while poor planning and business mismanagement practices continued.
