      Compensation and Benefits is the best part of this company.

      Cons

      The firm has a fraternity feel to it. If you do not make a great first impression, it will be difficult to build relationships. If you are not welcome, they will let you know. Many employees are arrogant and conceded, they love to gossip about each other. Many believe that they know everything about everything and will not take it well if a staff with experience will give helpful advice about how to do certain tasks in a more efficient way.

      Great intelligent people to work with and learn from every day; great resourcing for tax training; great opportunities to be exposed to innovative products and ideas

      Cons

      The hours are terrible during the busy tax seasons; there is no work-life balance for about 5-6 months out of the year; you are expected to be available even when you are on vacation.
